Welcome to Wobble Wednesday! It’s the day I get real about life with Parkinson’s – the good, the bad, and the shaky. From tough moments to hard truths, it’s all part of the journey.
Because even when life wobbles, we keep moving forward. My Diagnosis Story It took me 3 years, countless hospital visits, and being dismissed for stress, tension, or diet before someone really listened.
In the end, it was my physiotherapist who noticed something others didn’t – and suggested a Parkinson’s checkup. The rest, as they say, is history. Sharing this to remind everyone: trust your instincts and keep advocating for yourself. #parkinsonhumor
